"My boyfriend and I were visiting San Francisco for our anniversary and I was looking for something different to surprise him with. I found Bay Lights Charters online and the minute I started working with Allie, I knew this was the experience I wanted to surprise him with. From the beginning, Allie was kind, patient and answered all my questions. She even went above and beyond by helping me get some drinks on board prior to our arrival. Once we arrived at the pier (perfect directions given as well) we were warmly greeted by Liv and introduced to Sparky our captain. This crew was accommodating and warm. The weather was windy and the bay was choppy, but they navigated us around safely and it was an awesome experience. What a super way to spend an afternoon! From booking the event to day of service was off the charts. My family and I had the best time and really enjoyed seeing the skyline, Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz up close. Being able to bring our own food and beverages meant everyone had exactly what they wanted.
